Very nice interview. We need your theology in the United Methodist Church. In fourteen years at Cammack we have gone from 15 to about 75. When Emily and I first went there our Ad Council meetings were rather "tense." The church had just gone through a schism and I think we were sent to close the building and oversee the sale. We were there over ten years before we would ever allow a vote on anything. Votes tend to be devisive so we operated by concensus and it worked out perfectly. Great interview.
